The Good Slave Code

Twelve months ago, reading this would have made no sense.  Now we know how many latent slaves were in our midst, and how easily they have conceded to their slavehood. 

In the Karpman Drama triangle there are three roles which are often played out in social interactions:  victim, persecutor and rescuer. This is explained here . . .

The trick is to "stay out of the triangle". The first step is to recognise which of the three roles we are playing at any moment.  Awareness is everything.
