Johnson Government pledges 'RADICAL' change to UK to cut carbon emissions

Radical new climate change commitments will see the UK on course to cut carbon emissions by 78% by 2035, Boris Johnson will announce this week.

Hitting the targets would require more electric cars, low-carbon heating, renewable electricity and considerable cuts to how much meet and dairy can be consumed. This will also see the end of cheap flights and people able to fly abroad.
