James Zaworski comments: 5 years ago "Michael Hedges remains one of my all-time favorite artists. I became a fan of his about 1983, and was so impressed with his acoustic guitar work and was so curious about his "Aerial Boundaries" song because I thought it was an overdub track, but was so surprised that on the liner notes of the vinyl sleeve it stated that all tracks were "recorded live with no overdubs". I was so curious about how he achieved this complexity and it was not until I saw a video of him playing that I realized he used a variety of techniques, from finger picking to two handed tap to using a pick and hammer on techniques. You can see a lot of that here".
